I recently bought a Series 4 BMW from Black Label Vehicle sales and I am so impressed with it. The entire process was so easy and really exciting, if i’m honest! Jack brought the car out to me and took me on a lengthy test drive to make sure I liked the car and everything about it. He sat with me for quite a while and showed me all of the features before he left me to my own devices. I’ve loved the car ever since I drove it for the first time and I’m so happy I purchased it from BLVS!! He gave me a great trade in price for my Mini and helped me to get the best payment options. From my very first phone call with Jack, I knew that my car buying experience was going to be first class. He was knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions (and trust me, I had a lot!). There was never any rushing or hard sales tactics in play - Jack was genuine about the car, its condition and what I would expect. I live the best part of 5 hours away from Black Label Car Sales, so understandably I was very nervous about what I would find. I can safely say that the car was as described and in some aspects exceeded my expectations. It’s probably why he has so much repeat custom. I have no hesitation in returning back to Jack in the future - in fact I’m constantly looking at his stock list!
